App configurations are specific to each user, so it is necessary for implementing staff to work with users in order to learn what species they are buying and what data they are in the habit of recording. The app is then configured to match the traditional recording method as closely as possible. Once configuration is complete users are assigned a username and password. Following a brief training period, users can begin collecting data and tracking finances.
